Myofascial release

Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique that usually can be used in combination with some massage technique. The technique focuses on reliving myofascial pain. Myofascial pain is a painful condition  that affects connective tissue that covers the muscles calling fascia. This issue might affects a single muscle or a muscle group. Sometimes, the area where a client has a pain might not be where the source of myofascial pain is located. This irradiated pain can be caused by Trigger point.  This painful spot in the muscle tissue that radiate pain to other areas.

Trigger points can produce symptoms such as pain, headaches, ear aches, ringing in the ears jaw pain, watery eyes and/or a twitch response.

Theoretically, myofascial pain differs from other types of pain because it originates in "trigger points," which are related to stiff, anchored areas within the myofascial tissue.

Sergii does a very good job of diagnosing the root cause of pain and targeting it faithfully. Having been through many therapists over the past 5 years, I can truly recommend Sergii, if you looking for pain relief.
